Take off the engine cover (unscrew the oil fill tube). It is located in a molded in capsule located in/on top of the intake manifold near the altnernator end of the manifold. It has an electrical connector and a twist off cap. Dealer has a kit for it with spring, gasket , and valve for about $15.
You can find the low pressure valve for your 1994 Pontiac Transport on the top of the air conditioner compressor. The low pressure valve will have a blue top.
On a 2000 Pontiac Montana, the AC refill valve is typically located on the low-pressure side of the AC system. The PCV valve is located directly ontop of the engine block and is connected by a rubber hose on one end connected into the engine with the other end you will find it on the lower right (topside) of the engine : D

To replace the brake light on a 2000 Pontiac Montana open the trunk to reveal the housing units. Find the lights and pull the bulbs out. Replace the units.

My wife has a '98 Sunfire and to the best of my knowledge, there isn't a P.C.V valve. (I haven't been able to find it!!) There is no pcv valve on the sunfires year 98 and newer.
Look on the back of your valve cover and you should find it.
