The Black Market Moglin can be found between the Mana and Health 'shops' in Falconreach, you might be able to see him during the whole day. If you cannot talk to him during the day, sleep at the inn till night.

You can hack, but if u enter in the game without hacking, then you can't change ur name. now if you get to the next area after the mysterious stranger,you will see the black market moglin (A.K.A Zorbak) between the two potion stores. He will give you options if you want to change your class, gender, or name. bad news is it will cost you 500 dragon coins. plus he also lets you buy shadow armor token for i think 50,000 or 500,000 gold and if you already have a shadow armor just merge it with the token. hope this helped.
