What Mazda is it? I can find out for you.
under the bonnet on the drivers side, unless you are driving an UK or jdm car, then it is the passenger side. Is indicated with the word VIN above it, if it is a "ba" type then it should start with jmzba************
One finds a Mazda dealer locator by going directly to the Mazda website. For Canada there are locators that will allow you to type your postal code and the number of kilometres one is willing to travel and the locator will list the dealerships within that catchment.
It is the type of chassis in which the engine is mounted in front of the driver's cabin.
It has a unibody construction (chassis and body are one).
Ford's Probe shared its chassis and powertrain with Mazda's MX-6. So these 2 cars have the same transmission. The Mazda 626 may have the same transmission but not sure about that one.

For anyone who does not know, your chassis code is IN YOUR VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). The fourth, fifth and sixth digits of your VIN are your chassis code. Your chassis code DOES NOT CHANGE no matter what engine you put in your car or what you do to your car. You can do a full Type R conversion on your '96 CX hatch and it's still going to be an EJ6 because the VIN does not change.http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1928390
