Roman Catholic AnswerThe entire Mass (including all of the Propers) is published in the Sacramentary. Before Vatican II, and after Advent 2011 it is published in a Missal. The entire Mass is usually only found in large editions suitable for the altar. Some hand Missals (for the laity) may have most of the prayers, but you would only find all of them in an Altar Edition. Any Catholic Church Goods store would carry them.
