2004 Lincoln Aviator Key Pad Code Location
Grab a flashlight. Open right rear door. Remove trim inside door near upper seat belt adjuster. Carefully pry the bottom corner of the trim (the trim encasing the seat belt height adjuster) away, watching corners so you don't break the plastic. I helps to adjust the seat belt feature to the highest level. Now pull away the lower trim, carefully. Just behind it is the security module with three groups of wires entering it. (Green, Blue and Red I think) On the side of the module is the five digit code. You have to be careful to not break the trim piece as it takes just the right angle, a flashlight, and good eyesight to see the number without taking anything else apart. Good Luck!
