There are multiple relays located throughout the car. There are relays back by the engine (ex. fuel pump), relays under the dash (Door locks) and relays up front (for the headlight motors).

Try under the hood in the center of the firewall.
I believe you will find the relay in the cluster of 3 or 4 relays under the 8" long plastic cover to the right of and behind the battery (below the starter relay) as you face the engine. I do not remember which of the set it is.
its at the top of the fuse panel under the dash. its realy at the very top 180 not 109. 109 is the load reduction relay for the ecm and cluster.
Thre starter "relay " is the solenoid on the top of the starter. There is no relay in the fuse block for thwe starter i looked and cant find it there i called a parts store and they said the starter relay is differant than a soleoid The starter relay is under the dash pad just to the right of the instrument cluster. Its a 5pin relay mounted to the dashboard wireing harness

look up under the inst cluster by the steering column should find turn signal flasher and horn relay next to each other turn flasher should have purple and pink/white wires and horn relay dark green , red, and black wires
