Though, one reason why you may not be able to find it is because maybe she doesn't put her rough draft on internet for various different reasons.
Stephanie Meyer put her rough draft of "Midnight Sun" up and everybody saw it and now continuously asking for when... is it coming out?
Maybe that is he reason why you cannot find the rough draft of L.J. Smith's LAST book of... Night World: Strange fate.
Be patient.
Maybe in 2011 the book will be released. :)
