There is no set tonnage rating for furnaces, only the ac units which are attached to them. Since furnaces with multiple blower motor speeds can accommodate several different size ac units. To get your ac units tonnage, get the model # of the outdoor unit and repost.
It is a 2 1/2 ton packaged heat pump. You can tell the year and month made by the serial number. The first two digits are the year and the next two are the month it was manufactured. All goodman and Amana units are this way.
Look at the tag on the outdoor unit there will be a 2 digit # in the model # such as 24, 30,36,42,48,54,or 60. That is the capacity in 1000`s of btu. Then divide that # by 12000 for the tonnage.

TRYIN' AGAIN! I'm not familiar with "tonnage", but I think "British Thermal Units" (BTU's) are the ratings for most/all of the A/C units. So if you have approx. 1,800 sqft per floor. You could put a 20,000BTU on each floor and have keep the place chilled.
The number of units will decrease and if it is going from largest to smallest the number of units will increase.
The Winchester autoloader, Model 77 was manufactured between 1955 and 1963. Approx 217,000 units were manufactured over that nine year period.
