well first you have to aquire the national dex from proffeser rowan he will then allow you to search for Pokemon in other areas after you aquire these you are able to cross over to survival and resort area as well as get the ditto. Fly to hearthrome and go to the mansion talk to the owner WARNING! before speaking to him save the game if he does not speak about ditto try again OR Just Fly to canalave city and go to route 218 and use Poke' Radar in the tall grass. IF U SEE GRASS SHAKE, FIND THE ONE THAT HAS A WHITE TWINKLE! You could get a ditto by that! =3 Hope I Helped! ALSO: CHARGE YOUR RADAR FIRST BEFORE TRYING THIS SEVERAL TIMES! :)
