There are many reasons on why he would use Speed Warrior. a) Since it is a level 2, it can be special summoned via Road Warrior. b) It is a weak monster that is commonly used along with Junk Synchron for the Synchro summoning of Junk Warrior. c) It is one of Yusei's main monsters under level 4 such as Junk Synchron, Quillbolt Hedgehog, etc...
