There are lot of different saving options for N64 emulators, it comes down to your preference and what works. .j.
psp emulators, (or any type of emulator, N64 Snes etc.) allows you to play that type of system on you CPU with the games you download.
Most N64 emulators have a menu where you can change the controller settings.
Now that is a good question. Xbox360(c), not legally. You'd have to find the people working on such a project to get that accomplished. A N64(c) emulator system is available for the original Xbox(c) though. Youtube and Google are you're friends on this matter.
The android market has a number of good emulators, including fpse (playstation). The slide.me market has all the -droid emulators (gearoid, gameboid, psx4droid, etc.) There are some other emulators too, like a great N64 one by paulscode. You will need to google for this.

Yes actually there is some nice N64 emulators. Even though in a lot of answers for psp I link this site. I am not not advertising. http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1182 Probably the least buggy of the n64 emulators of his. It is what I would consider good an working but of course like any emulator there will be bugs somewhere as nothing is perfect*(sp.).
I have a ds, gba, N64, psx, and super Nintendo emulator, and mine still runs full speed.
There are currently no PC emulators for xbox games but there is one for the xbox its called a xk3y works a little like a jtag.
