yes there are some big bore kits (bbk) out there hpd 558 bbk hsp 600 bbk aaen 560 bbk nicholas cycle 574 bbk je pistons 560 bbk and i think wiseco makes a big bore kit.

.80 over is probably the biggest you could go and not break the bank. .80 big bore stroker kit with high compression wiseco piston would give you the power you are looking for

Depends on the dealer. My dealer wouldn't care, but other Harley Dealers might. But to answer your question yes it probably would void your warranty. Also remember if you do a stage one or even a big bore kit that also voids it too. Actually if the stage one kit or big bore kit the warranty stay intact AS LONG AS a harley dealer service department installs it, any factory accessory keeps warranty intact

it is a kit that bores the piston to a larger cubic-centimeter (cc) size to increase power tremendously. it requires new pistons, rings, and gaskets.
For the 650 V-Strom try JHS racing - they do a range of big bore kits for the Suzuki SV650 , and have previously indicated that they could do something for the Wee-Strom ( a 750cc kit ). It would cost about £1k , 2-3 days fitting .
There is not actually a production Yamaha 107. This is a TTR50 with a 107 big bore kit installed on it.
