it's the code for bad o2 sensor. i think its the downstream one. take it to autozone and have them check it for free. then they can tell you which o2 is bad. change it and reset the code. good luck.

You can visit a local auto repair store to have them detect whether your O2 sensor is bad or not. They can normally do this for free in a few minutes. A bad O2 sensor would trip the check engine light to come on. The code retrieved would lead you to the failed O2 sensor.

Yes, a faulty O2 sensor will cause the check engine light to come on. Many auto parts stores will plug in an ODBII code reader to your Expedition to get the "trouble code" that tells you which sensor (there are 4) is faulty, free of charge.
