When changing fuses it is important to know which fuses goes to what part. The owners manual has a free fuse diagram, and there are usually diagrams on the back panel cover or the inside the fuse box lid.

You can put a manual rollup window back on track, in your 1994 Chevy Cavalier, by removing the inside door panel. The window track is easily visible with the door panel removed.
i have a '96 cavalier and all u have to do is stick a screw driver in the panel beside the radio to where u can get your fingers in there and just pull it out. but be careful that u dont break the panel or the clips.

The fuse box diagram for a 1996 Chevy S10 is located on the back of the panel cover. It identifies the location of each fuse and its use.
i think it is 40 psi but it can vary check the tire or the side of the door panel for it.
TAke off the left kick panel and there are bolts holding it on.

There should be screws located on the bottom and sides of the panel which u tighten in place. AND, replace those white push-pins
