The 2004 Dodge Intrepid cooling fan relay switch can be found on the back of the cooling fan motor. The cooling fan relay switch is attached to the fan motor with two retaining screws.

The cooling fan relay switch can be located on the back of the cooling fan motor. The relay switch should be labeled as such.
On the Diesel 6.5 motor, it is in the back center. It has a black ring with a nipple on top.
