I called on my 1995 Camaro and the dealer said "between $10 and $100"
i went to the gm dealership and they quoted me at $45 because of the chip on the key
how do i get a replacement key for a 2001 chevy cavalier

The key feature would be the fact that a 1966 Camaro doesn't exist.
Try calling your Chevy dealer
Your best bet is to hire a locksmith.
the ignition keys are dealer only items.
Go to a Ford dealership with the VIN # and they will make you a new key.
If you have a pass key light "on" then in all probability it is a broken wire on the ignition lock cylinder.
