If you truly did purchase the digital copy DVD then just call the toll free number on the bottom of the back of the movie label. When you call they will give you the digital code. I had also lost the code and called the number and was given the code right away.
The digital copy authorization codes are not interchangeable. Once you use the code, it cannot be used on another device.
