For a dollar, you can get them at banks sometimes. One bank I go to the manager orders them as something interesting to hand out (as well as two dollar bills) and attract business. Other times, it is mostly hit or miss. Keep looking!
For a more than a dollar coin shops would have them. You might try a coin convention. Remember however, they have to make a profit on their wares.
