The grayness include calcium so you can stay alive until someone comes to rescue you. On a dry island, you could look for banana trees to get a banana that is healthy and ripe! The potassium in the bananas will make you more energetic! If you are on a cropless island, look for clams on the shore. Clams stay in shell and are very healthy to eat. May be you can put the clam onto a stick and hold it out for 3/4 hours and get a warm clam.

first you want to take a good look around the island and be awhere of your surroundings, then if there is no food make your shirt to where it can be tied to your arm then tie it above your elbow then make a fire then you will want to put your arm in the fire until it cooks well that should give your a few weeks of food. then after a few weeks in the island you have to realize that nobody cares about you and you might want to hang your self
