I think the Toyota guys would be my first stop. The TRD, or Toyota Racing Development team, has probably got some toys for you. Edelbroc, probably has a carb and intake, crane cams would be my first choice for a cam, I'm sure either Mallory, or, Msd, make an ignition system. I know that a regular MSD will work on a 4-6-8, so that would be Summit, or Paw, or Jegg's. Get catalogs from the last three and you should be set.
