Sally Beauty carries the Manic Panic line, and if you live near a Hot Topic, you can find Special Effects or Raw Colors. This line is similar to Manic Panic only far better in quality and lasts longer in the hair too! Pravana is the best for punky colors, but is only available to licensed professionals, so if you know of someone in the industry that can get this for you, this would be the best product to use.

∙ 12y agoIt is not a hair dye as such, it pretty much just stains the hair.. no damage unless you bleach your hair before hand, which will be necessary if you have dark hair x
