um actually ur wrong ,,, the first person who wrote this is one who have the right answer( during the event u have to kill certain monster , which occurs once in everyyears)

∙ 13y agoThe only time you can get a maple wisdom staff is during the anniversary event every year. It's held every May and killing any monster has a small chance of dropping a Wisdom Staff. Otherwise, you can buy one in the FM or MTS.
