The only other one that is out, is free. None has been released that cost. You can go to The Sims 3 website and in the store page it is somewhere down there.
There hasn't been many people that have downloaded anything for Sims 3 from that site successfully in a while, so don't get frustrated if it doesn't download because mine hasn't been successful. They are working on it.

If you want more towns, they only come with expansion packs. If you want a 2nd made town you can download it off the exchange in Sims 3. Beware! Sims 3 towns in the exchange are made 2nd hand (By people like us not the creators of sims).
