Hey! i don't know what survey it is ;) but i got something really nice that removes all surveys (except 1) from the site. you got to use google chrome for this and then make sure your favorites bar is always visible (by going to options and enable it) and then you go to survey-remover site and scroll a bit down when you see a red link that says XJZ Survey Remover then click and drag it to the favorites bar. then you go on the site with the survey and click the just created favorite and the survey will be removed. also i told you that not all surveys can be removed... more info about those surveys are on the page from the survey remover.
