yes, of course sakura confession was completley true about her feelings for naruto (sakura really loves naruto )and as also in her confession she not cared about sasuke (it might be not true she may be cared about him but as friend or teammate not as a lover)and my evidence from the manga (the biggest evidence)i have more than 10 reasons and evidences that she was true that she really loves naruto and i will show the biggest reason:let's looks at this from a realistic point of view. There was NO NEED for Sakura to tell Naruto she loves him in order to release him from the POTL she could have just tell him to forget about the promise and stop chasing Sasuke(like saying:naruto,i don't need your promis to back sasuke now ,forget about it,i just telling that becaus i felt a guilt for you to lift all this burden on you), although Naruto will be surprise he will tell her that he wants to bring Sasuke back to Konoha not just for the promise but for himself too. Sakura's love is clearly showed in the manga and it almost seems like her entire life is devoted to him.Now more on the debate between A and B if you want.Now as of chapter 484 we can see Sakura was about to kill Sasuke, then Sasuke was about to kill her. Many A fans considered this the final nail in the coffin. However Masashi Kishimoto has not confirmed it yet.A very big part for A was chapter 469, this is where Sakura confessed to Naruto that she loved him. We find out at 474 that she lied. Many B fans considered this to be the final nail in the coffin.Many people appose the other couple so they throw new couples at them because it's the easiest way.An example of this was Sasuke+Karin, A fans threw them together to destroy B.However that couple was destroyed when Sasuke stabbed her to kill danzo.Some say it's the same as when Sakura tried to kill Sasuke and he tryed to kill her.Both seemingly shatter the couples all together but until one of them dies or Masashi Kishimoto confirms it, we can't jump to conclusions.The leading couple is...
