Pretty much anywhere there's a Navy unit or command - even the smallest of units have at least 1 Storekeeper aboard or attached. You can't get supplies without the Porkchops being around to take your supply chits and process them.
There's an old understanding in the Navy that there are 3 people aboard you don't want to have on their bad side:
1. Admin (records DO get lost you know, as well as pay information)
2. The Doc - OOPS, lost your shot record...
3. The 'Chops - if you've got stuff you need to get fixed, you need a Supply Chop to process your request and get it for you.
