It really depends on which country you live in. You'd be better off rephrasing your question with a country, state or whatever as part of it. ie Where can you get tested for std in Ostend, Belgium.

Local county health departments, Planned Parenthoods, community health clinics, and your doctor all test for stds. If you need help finding a place, call a planned parenthood. If there is an agency that works with HIV/AIDS in your area, they can hook you up with places that test for stds.
