No not neccesarily because to be a drug addict you havr to be addicted to the drug but if the individual smoke multiple time a day but has the ability to stop they are not a drug addict. weed is tricky with addiction, everyone I know says they can quit anytime they want. But, have them try and go a month without it. they will suffer severe withdrawls and lose touch with reality. trying to philosiphy just to cope with it. that's what happened to me.. hard to be happy now.

No. You need to stop taking heroin if you want to stop being an addict. Taking more illegal drugs is just going to make things worse. See your family doctor or go to a drug clinic to get some help!
