Where can you learn the history of Phelps Studio?
I have a vintage photo of a fisherman from "Phelps Studios" Gloucester, Massachusetts. I can't find more info and would be interested to know who the fisherman is.

Studio as in 'studio apartment' is smaller than a normal apartment and students may choose to live there not families. So variation for the word studio here would be 'small'. Studio as in 'dance studio' is where students attend to learn dance. Here the word studio could be replaced with 'small school room' Regardless, 'small' is interpreted
