That's a very good question, and I wish I had the answer myself. It seems that growth has made this little community of ours take a turn for the worse. We went from a quiet, clean retirement community, to a quiet clean bedroom community. But in the last couple of years we've grown into a community with no laws, rules, or ordinances. and worst of all is the complete disrespect by our new neighbors for those of us who have lived here for many years. The influx of new residents has brought noise pollution to an extreme. Loud music blasting at all hours of the day, and night. Parties going well past the 'OLD ORDINANCES', during the week, and on weekends. Front lawns are disappearing as people are parking beat up old cars, and trucks on them. Some people are even parking Tractor Trailers on there front lawns. There are unregistered vehicles parked on our streets, that haven't been moved in years. There is heavy commercial truck traffic on residential streets. People running trucks for hours on end, polluting our air, and causing noise pollution. Trash is also becoming an issue, the streets are no longer pristene. The local officials must step in to quell the demise of our once fair community, it's too late to 'Nip it in the bud', but someone has got to put a leash on the new folks moving in here.
