First identify the part ......you can buy replacement fuel filter at Walmart (Fram G3727-see pic at www.fram.com) for about $11.50 ......the filter is a metal cylindrical canister about 3 inches long by approx 2 inches in diameter with a hex connector fitting on each end. When you crawl underneath van just follow metal fuel line from tank over to drivers side then a little bit forward and you will see it held in place with a clamp and screw.
