That would depend on which version of Tron you are trying to play.

The original Tron video arcade machines have been discontinued for more than two decades. If you can find a vintage arcade, you may find one of the few still in operation and available to the public. Most working machines are now in private collections. Non working machines may be in storage or warehouses anywhere in the world. There is no central database for old vintage arcade machines.

If you mean one of the newer console games; than you will need to buy the game for whichever console you want to play it on.

If you mean one of the various flash games which borrow the name (and attach it to flash games of dubious quality), than try Google search and you will find various knock off versions of tron done as flash games.

If you have some other version of tron in mind, you will need to be more specific.
