I used to love the ones Van de Kamps sold in the grocery stores years ago, but unfortunately, they are no longer in business. I found out that Thomas' (the English Muffin) people make these, and can be purchased on their web site. It costs $4.99 for a package and $10.35 shipping and handling. As much as I love these little cakes, I refuse to spend over $15.00 for a package of six, so I have been searching the web for recipes. I just Googled 'recipes for toaster corn cakes'. The best one seems to be on the RecipeZaar site. Good luck!
