Each of these will give you more stars in your sky:

  • in a dark place, without streetlights
  • far from cities or towns
  • at higher elevations, like on a mountain
  • in a dry climate, like a desert
  • after your eyes have been in the dark for at least 30 minutes with NO LIGHTS, not even a flashlight, cigarette lighter, light-up wristwatch, match, etc.
