You can sell them to anybody, but I suggest finding a coin dealer in your area. For the year 1921, two types of silver dollars (Morgan and Peace) were issued, and each is a separate series of dollar coins. The designs and values are very different. The 1922 dated coin is a Peace dollar, but it is the most common date of the entire series. They need to be seen for an accurate value.
1922 is such a common date for silver dollars that the value is only for the silver content. With current silver prices, a '22 Peace dollar is worth about $21. To sell one, either take it to a coin dealer, or post it on eBay.

The high relief 1922 Peace dollar is a Proof only issue coin and the design elements protrude from the background higher than usual and above the rim which causes the coin not to stack well and is impractical for coinage. Both coins regardless of any mintmarks are very common and most valued for just the silver so most jewellers and coin dealers buy them.
Assuming the coin is circulated, still in collectible condition and has no mintmark, the 1897 Morgan dollar is a high mintage common date coin. Average retail values as of 8-29-11 are $36.00-$40.00 depending on the grade of the coin.
