I would try at a convention of some sort (ex. Anime Boston, Conneticon, etc) and then you can set up a panel maybe giving a trailer of your anime. Other than that if you are forceful, serious and professional you may be able to set up an interview with a big time anime producer (ex. Funimation, Shonen Jump, etc) and try to convince them to buy it. Although it might be easier to go with a smaller yet still known producer of anime. And then there is always self publishing and trying to get it sold at stores. But you should definitely advertise a lot first as well
