Keto has a very healthy meal plan. Easy to stick to, which is very important because today’s weight loss methods are so many, that you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing a program and sticking to it. Problem is, not all the programs or diets are practical. Some call for pretty drastic measures, and you may not be ready for such measures at this point in your life. The keto diet is aimed at putting your body in Ketosis. This diet plan is usually low carb with high intake of healthy fats, vegetables and sufficient proteins. In the this diet, there is also an emphasis on avoiding highly processed foods and sugars.
