The events of Tokyo Drift happened after the events of Fast Five. Tokyo Drift is really not a sequel to 2 Fast 2 Furious. In fact, you could watch every movie in the series except for Tokyo Drift and not miss anything.

The song is called Rainbow Connection, there is an actual soundtrack from the movie, I would suspect you could possibly find it at Rhapsody, you can also see a video of it on YouTube
