From the radio manufacturer.
The wiring harness can be loose or coming loose. There could also be parts inside the actual radio that aren't working. You could buy a new one as they aren't that expensive.
It doesn't have one in the stock radio
Any decent car stereo installer will have them, or can order one or can custom wire one for you if needed.
there is one in the back of the haynes repair manual.
go to www.tehnomagazin.com I found one for mine but donno could be different for your year dont take it as gospel cuz one or two wires were diff for mine. good luck

Check your wiring harness to the radio. There are usually 2 "hot" wires, one red, or switched, and one yellow, or constant power. Check for loose connections there, or look for a loose ground wire, the black one. If that's all good, then could be an internal problem.
I went to the ford dealership, to the parts department and asked if one of the mechanics could give me a print-out of the radio diagram. They gave this to me free of charge.
sounds like a short. if all or some speakers do it, it is probably in the radio, or the wiring harness. if only one speaker does it, it is the speaker or the wiring to that speaker.
A radio has a receiver and gets your "music" from a transmitter in a radio tower. A CD player reads disks through a laser. The two have nothing in common when it comes to how you get your music.
FIRST REMOVE THE TRIM PIECE THAT RUNS AROUND THE WHOLE DASH. IT POPS OUT, BUT BE GENTLE ENOUGH NOT TO BREAK IT BECAUSE IT IS PLASTIC. THEN ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE OF DELCO RADIOS THERE ARE TABS THAT YOU PUSH DOWN AND IT RELEASES THE RADIO. PULL THE RADIO STRAIGHT OUT. YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE ANTENNA PLUG FROM THE BACK OF THE RADIO AND THE WIRING HARNESSES FROM THE BACK OF THE RADIO. FOR A NORMAL DIN RADIO REPLACEMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE AN ADAPTOR KIT FOR THE OPENING. YOU CAN PURCHASE THESE AT ANY STEREO SHOP OR WAL-MART, OR RADIO SHACK. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO PURCHASE THE ADAPTOR WIRING HARNESS TO FIT YOUR VEHICLE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO SPLICE ALL OF THE WIRING TOGETHER. MATCH THE WIRING FROM YOUR REPLACEMENT RADIO TO THE WIRING HARNESS AND MOUNT THE RADIO IN THE ADAPTOR KIT. INSTALL THE RADIO INTO THE OPENING AND PLUG ALL OF THE WIRING BACK TO THE FACTORY PLUGS. REPLACE THE TRIM RING BACK ONTO THE DASH AND YOUR DONE. ABOUT AN HOUR TO DO EVERYTHING IF YOU HAVE EVERYTHING READY TO GO. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
When looking at the front of your factory radio you should see two lines...one one either side of the radio at about the centers. Push them in and release. They should pop out. Once they are out pull on them, that is how it comes out. After that disconnect the antenna, wiring harness, amp if you have one. And it is out.
