One could learn about Witchcraft spells by looking in spell books. First one would have to determine whether black magic or white magic was the needed spell. Then one would need to figure out if the spell they wanted was Druid, Pagan or Wiccan. Then one would look for such a book. Some book stores will carry this books. Amazon does carry these books. Some sets are for sale on eBay. And if one is fortunate they may have such a store dedicated to these religions in their local area and they also would sell these books.

What year was witchcraft discovered?

Witchcraft stems from the Pagan religion- one of the first religions. It's more than just casting spells, and it is NOT about satanism. I highly suggest you do more research on witchcraft and Paganism than what ever you find on this website- google is a wonderful guide! :)

Can Wicca be practiced with out a religious belief?

Yes. One of the easiest ways to do this is to belive in the voice of nature. Then, your journey begins. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ok, I seem an obvious misconception here. Wicca... is a religion. Witchcraft and spellwork are practices. Wicca is not spells, that's witchcraft.

Can a normal person do witchcraft even though it is not in his or her blood?

There is nothing special you get from the bloodline for witchcraft. Witches are also average human beings. Even your great grandmother was a Practicing Witch, you don't get any advantage other than if you could find her books or help and guidance personally. There are some secrets one could receive from his bloodline, that may not be given out of the family tradition. That could be an advantage But if one could find good books and a good teacher, they could be as good as hereditary Witches. Not all people who practice witchcraft are hereditary practitioners. Anyone dedicated enough to study, learn and practice can and may work with magic. It is easier in the long run to have someone to guide you through, mentor you and help you to choose and follow your personal spiritual path, and that is what the practice of witchcraft is... a spiritual path, not a game of something to do for "the fun of it." Those who come from long standing family traditions (bloodline witchcraft) do not necessarily have the edge. Some never practice, some can't, some won't. Those who do, still have to study, learn and "do the work."

Are spells and witchcraft real?

yes No Both sides of the issue have been heard from above, and as long as there are people in this world, there will be those who believe in one way or another. As a practitioner of magic (a witch), I can say with some personal experience that spells, potions, meditation, visualisation, manifestation and magic all work reliably well for me.
