Where could your soul be reborn?

I assume you mean by "reborn", you mean reincarnated. There are a number of factors involved, that would attract your soulspirit to reincarnate, mostly, for the very great majority, it's on Earth. One of the factor is kharma: do you owe someone a debt that needs paying? If so, you might decide to reincarnate near them and be very helpful to them. The best way to pay kharmic debt is to work, not to suffer: to get out there, to study well at school, to have some fun and to take your duties seriously. One of the other factors is culture: to learn, to understand: so if you never knew much about the New Zealand Maori, for example, you might decide to reincarnate as Maori, to learn about their ways. I spell the Buddhist word for "karma" as the Kelt race spell it: "kharma", it is pronounced the same.

Another and very strong factor is: soulgroups. You might have 50 friends and family members that you know, loved and trust: so you will be attracted to be born to make some sort of contact with them, to learn, to grow, to repay debts by making amends. Most soulgroups tend to reincarnate together, or in some way, that will join the same group: such as a spiritual group, or a group of people all somehow signing up at the same University to study, to join the same choir, and so forth.

Kharma and reincarnation are very, very close together. These days, with such a narrowing of encouraging and good circumstances, with more poor people, with wars and so forth, globally, many people are being born in some form of spiritual debt or kharma, and because there's not enough "quality in circumstances", there's more people in debt being born, trying to pay their kharmic debt off simply by suffering: that's not such a wonderful option; this is happening worse these days, instead of more people who will have the opportunity to work, go to University, go to schools and so forth. Some people are born very, very poor only because e.g. their mum from a past life was in debt, and reincarnated so very poor, and someone that had much merit, no debt, wanted to be her son or daughter: because of love. That's why we cannot judge each other, we cannot see the past, present and future only from a narrow viewpoint. That's another reason why the Caste System in India, to the poorest of the poor, is unjust.

Keep your mind above the belt, good mental hygiene, be ready to help another person or animal at any time, be pure of mouth and word and deed: that's the way to Heaven. Don't stay on the Astralsphere for too long in the Afterlife: be ready to move on to Heaven, it's better there and there's much more to do and to learn, it's more joyful.

Do not be overconcerned about: "where should I be reborn?"; leave that to time, to your own lessons this time round, have some good clean fun and be merciful, kind and pure. Later, if and when you decide to reincarnate (after death), don't rush in. Take your time: the patient and the wise do wait a lot until just the right opportunity is there; often, take the advice of your spiritual seniors, and above all else: Obey God at all times, to please HIM. If you are uncertain about how to Obey God, do not be concerned or anxious: the Will of God on Earth is: do anything good and innocent, anything. It's LOVE. I came onto this world with 12 years of spiritual debt: and paid it all off by serious, studious, hard study and serious work at school: then I changed school, made new friends, had fun, studied hard and smiled a lot more. I felt free: and truly, my debt was paid.
