Jesus healed the people who asked him to heal them, and as long as they asked in faith , they were healed at once.
According to my knowledge of The Bible, Jesus only healed people who asked him to do so. For the dead, the relatives asked.
Jesus healed anyone that had faith. The woman with the issue of blood reached for Jesus. She pulled healing out of him.
According to the Gospel records, Jesus healed the following people: - Man with leprosy (Matt 8:2-4) - Roman centurion's servant (Matt 8:5-13) - Peter's mother-in-law (Matt 8:14-15) - Two men from Gadara (Matt 8:28-34) - Paralysed man (Matt 9:2-7) - Woman bleeding (Matt 9:20-22) - Two blind men (Matt 9:27-31) - Mute, demon-possessed man (Matt 9:32-33) - Man with shrivelled hand (Matt 12:10-13) - Blind, mute, demon-possessed man (Matt 12:22) - Canaanite woman's daughter (Matt 15:21-28) - Boy with a demon (Matt 17:14-18) - Blind Bartimaeus and another blind man (Matt 20:29-34) - A deaf-mute (Mark 7:31-37) - Possessed man (Mark 1:21-23) - Blind man at Bethsaida (Mark 8:22-26) - Crippled woman (Luke 13:11-13) - Man with dropsy (Luke 14:1-4) - Ten lepers (Luke 17:11-19) - High priest's servant (Luke 22:50-51) - Official's son at Capernaum (John 4:46-54) - Sick man at the pool of Bethesda (John 5:1-9) - Man born blind (John 9:1-7) Most of these healing miracles are not exclusive to the one reference mentioned, but are mentioned in at least one other Gospel. Jesus also raised people from the dead, including Jairus's daughter (Matt 9:18-19, 23-25), the widow's son at Nain (Luke 7:11-15) and Lazarus (John 11:1-44)
Most of the miracles reguarding healing were noted without the names of the afflicted. But we know for sure of at least one. Lazarus was dead several days when Jesus raised him from death.
Jesus healed the people who asked him to heal them, and as long as they asked in faith , they were healed at once.
From His Father.

Theres nothing in the Bible that says Jesus spit on anybody. This is false, in Mark 8:22-23 Jesus spits on the blind man to heal him.

Yes, Jesus has unlimited power and there are at least three examples of people rising from the dead, Lazarus, the boy on his way in the funeral procession, and Himself. Many people are witnesses to this.
Jesus gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.
Jesus told the disciples that they should baptize people, pray for them, heal them, and spread the word of god to the utmost areas.
