I am not sure which speeches you are asking about. Mrs. Obama has been giving speeches for years. Long before she was a First Lady, she became known for philanthropy while working in law and in hospital administration in Chicago. She gave a number of speeches to raise funds for charity. As First Lady, she has given speeches in support of her "Let's Move" initiative, to fight childhood obesity and encourage healthy eating. Some of her speeches were given at public schools all over the country. She has also spoken on TV and on radio. In addition, Mrs. Obama has delivered several well-received speeches in support of her husband's candidacy.
