i had the same problem at school. i couldn't sleep at night but i would sleep in the bus and the school all day long even in classes. the best advice for you is to try to try to keep awake all day and , naturally, you will be tired at night. but TRY TO STAY THE WHOLE DAY AWAKE and try a warm shower and eat something with suger because when the glucose in your brain is low you cant sleep . but not too mush suger or else it will make you even more alert! don't watch TV before you sleep or sit in the computer because they form some mental pictures in your head than makes you alert. try reading a book or something.
