Where did classic rock develop?
In Rock Music
In my opinion I would say from British Blues and Jazz in the '60s. Teenage Brits would go to these concerts and fall in love with blues. Mostly late teenage men would go out and learn how to play harmonica, guitar, bass, drums, piano, and how to really use their vocals. Eventually, these teenagers would start forming bands and play blues like their idols. The one difference was that all these kids were white and they were playing black blues and jazz. The outcome were white kids playing black blues poorly, which came out as pop art music. These bands were made up of 18 year old kids cutting their hair short, that used pop art symbols. The pop art was made up of targets, mouths, odd letters, and lots of different variations of the Union Jack. They were the first mod bands. Bands like The Who, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Yardbirds, Cheap Trick, The Kinks, etc. formed in this decade. These bands flourished and got so famous for their music that they could do anything they pleased. This is when the next generation of the late '60s and '70s rock came in or classic rock. Bands started trying new things in rock, like odd guitar, rock operas scratchy vocals, amazing screams, synthesizers, 17 minute songs, and songs about whatever you pleased came in. These rockers were doing things that had never been done before in music history. Some of these bands were made up of musicians who had left there bands in the late '60s, like Cream or Led Zeppelin. Some were bands that had been big in the '60s and got bigger in the '70s, like The Who and The Rolling Stones. The others were made up of rockers who grew up in that '60s generation and wanted to be like their idols, like Boston and Aerosmith. These bands that were big in the '70s really did things that still remain amazing music wise. When the late '70s came bands like Van Halen formed who would be an '80s rock bands. And this is what I consider the end of the classic rock era.

Men divert that innate drive (many attribute to influence of male hormones) into productive channels, which could explain why men are at t…he top of the totem pole in many categories: artists, inventors, engineers, etc. I don't recall any immortal Greek philosphers who were female. The words "classic rock" often refer to rock music that comes fromthe 60s or 70s (or even 80s) but still sounds good today. There areradio stations that specialize in this kind of music, playingartists like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and yes, some songs by Rush. However, it should be …noted that even thoughRush first became popular in the mid-1970s, they continue toperform and continue to create new music; so, a number of albumrock stations play their music too. I have heard that it increases brain activity in the fetus and small children. I do not know the facts about it though. Hello Mschivious, Classical music, along with other types of music, is proven to help with fetal development. Most experts agree that almost any type of music is suitable fo…r babies. Relaxing and calming music is good for both the mother and baby, as well as anything cheerful or up beat, depending on your mood. Music affects a baby's brain neurologically, by helping to stimulate brain cells and the synapses that connect the brain cells together. This helps lay the foundation for the baby's learning abilities and encourages the development of language & memory skills. Listening to music is good for both the mother and baby. For mom, music is a wonderful relaxation tool, and listening to music while pregnant helps reduce stress levels. By listening to music along with your baby in the womb, it also creates a wonderful bonding experience during pregnancy. Plus, playing the same music after birth that you played during pregnancy can help improves a baby's sleeping habits. Familiar music captures a baby's attention and comforts them. ( Full Answer )

Metal classic rock (Classic Metal and Metal) mainly started with the band Black Sabbath. Ozzy Osbourne, born Michael (was it Michael??) Osbourne the lead singer, was kicked out of the band because of his drug abuse and was replaced with Ronnie James Dio (Born Ronnie James Padovana, and the best sing…er ever!!). Ozzy Osbourne lead a solo career and after Black Sabbath, RJD made his own band, Dio. So these three groups all had music that was the start of Metal. ( Full Answer )
Judging strictly by musical criteria, classic rock is far superior to modern rock; it's more melodic, complex and artistic. From a visceral standpoint, modern rock has more of a "getcha." Faster, louder, in your face. Depends on how you like your rock...well-worn or fresh! It's all rock...some great…, some not.. "Classical" and "Rock and Roll" are both distinctly different types of music that cannot really be compared, other than you either like them or you do not, and both can be appreciated for what they are.. Composing and playing of Classical music requires a deep understanding of musical structure and… derives its pleasure from the interplay of melody, harmony and structure. It can be played on a single instrument such as the piano or the guitar, the product of an entire orchestra and the distinctive sounds of the many components of the orchestra, or even something like a string quartet (three violins and a cello).. Rock and Roll is usually played on a group of electric instruments, has a beat and is very rhythmic with a relatively simple format of verse, chorus, verse and perhaps an instrumental break somewhere in the middle. It rarely requires a deep understanding of musical structure, and many of Rock and Roll's greatest exponents have never been musically trained.. Both genres have both great and poor examples of the style and, they can be well played or poorly played. Neither style has been on the "Top 40" for many years, but do not dismiss either of them for that reason, simply because they are no longer in vogue.. I personally enjoy both genres and their many individual component styles plus a great many others, like the various styles of jazz and the blues, folk, pop, etc. If you truly like music, you will find something to like in every musical genre. Punk rock began in the mid-to-late sixties with the Velvet Underground, The Stooges, and the MC5. It progressed into the seventies in New York City, with bands like the New York Dolls, the Dead Boys, the Ramones, the Patti Smith Group, the Heartbreakers, Richard Hell and the Voidoids, the Talking He…ads, Blondie, etc., who mainly played two East Village clubs, CBGB's and Max's Kansas City. At the time, rock music had become very stale; it was all about long solos and using 12 different guitars. It was extravagant and pretentious. And the culture surrounding it -- the hippie ideals like peace and love and everybody being nice to everybody else -- seemed trite, unrealistic, namby-pamby, and doomed to failure. Punk rock was a rebellion against all that. It was a return to simple 3-minute pop tunes, like the songs Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Bo Diddly, etc. did in the '50s, but really loud and hard and fast. . In the early seventies, Malcolm McLaren, the eventual manager and mastermind behind the Sex Pistols, came to New York and started spending a lot of time watching these bands at CBGB's and Max's Kansas City. He started managing the New York Dolls, and did such a bad job that the band ended up breaking up. He tried to inject politics into the music, by giving the Dolls a communist twist, and dressing them up all in red. This didn't work because New York punk never had anything to do with politics: with him in charge, the band lost their identity. . So McLaren returned to England and put together the Sex Pistols. Since there was already a punk scene there, brought on by bands like the New York Dolls and the Ramones touring England in the last few years, they were met with pretty much instant success. English punk bands like the Sex Pistols, the Damned, the Clash, the Cockney Rejects, Siouxsie and the Banshees, etc., were -- generally speaking -- much more political; English punk had a strong element of class warfare to it, along with an inherent desire to be shocking and offensive. However sincere the Sex Pistols themselves were, many felt that Malcolm McLaren was just deliberately creating a lot of hype and publicity for himself, and that the whole thing was just a con on his part. . On New Year's Day, 1978, the Sex Pistols began their American tour, touching down in Atlanta, Georgia, and making their way across the country. The tour only lasted 14 days, but there was no shortage of media coverage, and the public eagerly and incessantly waited for the next shocking news bulletin about the Pistols. Kids all across America were dressing themselves up in ripped T-shirts and dog collars, with spiked, brightly-colored hair and safety pins through their ears and noses: punk had suddenly gone from an underground music scene to a full-blown mass movement. . The band, however, progressively deteriorated as the tour went on. Sid Vicious was an out-of-control drug addict and Johnny Rotten was becoming increasingly disillusioned about McLaren and about the band in general. The Sex Pistols broke up after their San Francisco concert at the Winterland, on January 14, 1978. Before walking offstage at the end, Johnny Rotten famously said to the audience, "Ever get the feeling you've been cheated?" presumably referring to how he felt manipulated and cheated by McLaren. . The end of the Sex Pistols marked the beginning of the decline of the punk rock era, and by the early eighties, punk was on its last legs. As the 1980s progressed, punk rock mutated into two very different kinds of music, hardcore punk like Black Flag and the Dead Kennedys, and New Wave bands like Depeche Mode and the Cure. . There is an excellent, excellent book on the subject, called Please Kill Me: The Uncensored Oral History of Punk, by Legs McNeil and Gillian McCain . The entire book consists of nothing but direct quotations from the people who were actually there, so it's as accurate as is humanly possible. ( Full Answer )

No single person or band founded classic rock. It developed from the early rock of the 1950s, which got its start with guys like Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Elvis Presley. Rock music continued into the 1960s with psychedelic rock and the beginnings of classic rock, which peaked… in the late 1960s but continued well into the seventies. The seventies was the era of punk rock, glam rock, and classic rock bands. In the eighties it was heavy metal, new wave, goth, and hair metal. The nineties was the grunge era, and the 2000s has been a very, very sad decade for rock 'n roll. Every era of rock music has many, many well-known artists, and all of them build upon and evolve from the rock 'n roll of the past. ( Full Answer )
Anorexia nervosa develops through classical conditioning mostly because they feel that they are not thin enough in a society that demands perfection and perfection is being thin, and 'beautiful' (despite the fact that everyone has their own idea of beautiful). Anorexia nervosa develops through opera…nt (operate, as you put) because they feel they have the need to maintain this image and the difficulty of dealing with the consequences of this 'perfection' drives them even further over the brink because they deal with these negative feelings by taking it out on their own bodies.
