I have 4 favourite characters in that book. First Holly Short, I think she's a wonderful character. Artemis is obviously one of my favourites, too. And I must say that I really love Mulch and Foaly. Well... **** SPOILER ALERT!!! **** Artemis finds his dad. Cool, right? The beginning of the book starts with us learning that Artemis's dad is really alive. Trapped in the arctic, Artemis Fowl joins up with Holly Short and Commander Root to save him. On the fairies side of things... a Ms. Opal Koboi tries to " take over " Haven. Joined with an army of goblins ( known as Bwa Kell ) She tries to take over Haven by the goblins own deaths. She does this by being the police's main supplier of weapons. Blaming Foaly for all the mishap, She tries, but as usual... foiled! That's basically it. It has been about a year since i read it. If i forgot any thing.. feel free to add!
