No. It's very difficult to determine the first "people" because there have been many evolutionary branches of humans and our predecessors. If by modern humans, our lineage dates back almost 200,000 years, with modern behaviours showing up at least 50,000 years ago.

Other branches of hominins can be traced back as much as 6 million years. That's the best timing currently known for the evolutionary split that led to humans on one side and great apes on the others.
