They got the idea of Hyper Sonic from Sonic 3 and Knuckles. The Hyper Shadic it's just an idea, coming from Dragon Ball Z from Gogeta, I think...

where do i begin. well first off shadic is not a real character. all the hedgehogs are silver,sonic,scourge,shadow,and nazo ( which never was released for some reason). shadic is only a fan-based character by some animator who thought it would be cool. the only hedgehog released in the super smash bros. series is sonic, and hes only in brawl. i hope that helped and have a nice day.
