It depends on how large the lion and the bull are. Bulls are usually very large and heavy. However, male lions too are very large and powerful. A full grown adult male lion can kill a bull, but not without a fight. The bull may seriously injure a lion. If the whole lion pack attacks the bull, then the bull has no chance of escape

Multiple lions could probably bring down the bull, but there's naturally no way a single lion could kill a bull that weighs many times its weight. Plus, a single lion could be easily speared by the bull.
