Neptune was created by many gases that formed into one big planet. They say Neptune was also created by the big bang theory. The gases are called hydrogen, helium, water, and ammonia.

Improvement:

Just to clarify - the gases actually formed into one big planet as a result of the Big Bang Theory.

According to Professor Stephen Hawking and many other notable cosmologists such as Lawrence Krauss, the Universe is "the ultimate free-lunch". What this means is that the Universe itself could have (and in fact, must have) come from absolutely nothing. This is because the positive and negative energy of the Universe adds up to zero, which means that no energy was required for the Universe to come into existence. Also, it is impossible for the Universe to have been caused or created by anything! This is because there is no such thing as "before" the big-bang. There was no space before the big-bang and therefore no time, so there was no time for a cause or creator to exist in. The strange laws of quantum mechanics allow for sub-atomic particles to spontaneously pop in and out of existence where there was nothing before. Since the Universe itself was once smaller than a sub-atomic particle than the Universe, too, must have spontaneously created itself out of nothing. The Universe is the ultimate free-lunch!

What is the highest pay for a scientist?

Salaries are always linked to the importance of an enterprise, and to the knowledge and curriculum of the scientist. But there isn't a fixed salary for this kind of profession. There is a negotiation between the enterprise and the scientist or a high level professional of any field.(This is my point of view, corrections are welcome from the expertises on this issue.)
